  Just wanted to say that Richards Heating and Air is the most reliable and affordable HVAC company in this area (Walterboro)and that I have ever known through out other states,and I have been to many and dealt with many...not only is he always right on time but he gets the job done without hassle, and uses only the best and heavy duty parts,I have called several places before finding him and it was no one really ready to do the job( I had a Condenser fan motor changed, Freon filled and unit checked and also a Circuit Board ,I believe its called, in the attic changed )and without charging an arm and a leg.I thank God that Richard is a very professional and nice person that does not try and get over on you.Thank you Richard's Heating and Air !!
